You Can Learn Anything - Khan Academy

I have used Khan Academy in my classroom for two years in several settings as part of broader efforts to incorporate new educational research and resources into daily instruction.  When this article was written I found much of it resonated with how I approach the kids in my classroom as well as my own two boys.  The research supporting this general disposition of encouraging and rewarding effort as opposed to "smarts" is easily found with internet search engines but I appreciated the way it was personalized and shared here.  A number of parents sent links to the article and I thought it appropriate to share here.
